Beyond the processing
capacity of MS-SQL
Centralizing all data for storage, queries and backup meant handling
more than 200,000 records per second.

Round-the-clock data ingestion overloads the system,
making backups and queries difficult.
Solution
Due to SSD capacity limits, historical data is backed up and stored on HDDs.
When needed, Machbase TSDB's mount feature connects it immediately to the running database,
allowing queries without a restore process.
