operators made manual adjustments based on their own judgement. → Differences in operator skill led to variations in quality.

Process measurement data was not linked to production and quality information,
so individual datasets had to be compiled manually for analysis.
Solution
Software purchases and engineering support provided access to PLC address maps.
Additional vibration sensors enabled data collection from each process
and storage in Machbase TSDB.
Synchronize equipment sensor data in Machbase TSDB with
product quality data in the RDBMS in real time to build
a quality management monitoring system linked to equipment condition.
