Solution

Collect data from each process by purchasing software, securing the PLC address map with engineer support, installing additional vibration sensors, etc., and saving them in the Machbase TSDB.

Configure a quality maintenance monitoring system linked to facility status by synchronizing the sensor information stored in the Machbase TSDB with the product quality information data stored in the RDBMS in real-time.
